Greetings! I’m Amit Rai, the founder of FoundersFriend (FF), dedicated to supporting fellow founders in their entrepreneurial endeavours. Presently calling Bangalore, India, my home, I bring a rich tapestry of experiences to the table.
In the past, I embarked on the entrepreneurial journey with my startup, PipeCast. While the venture faced challenges and did not achieve the desired success, it provided invaluable insights into the realities of the startup landscape.
My professional journey also includes roles as an early team member, collaborative efforts with startup founders, and leadership of a four-member team in my role as founder. I’ve navigated fundraising complexities with Angels & VCs, served as a product growth lead, and contributed as a lead product marketing manager in a SaaS startup. Additionally, I’ve experienced remote work dynamics within various startup environments.
Now, through FoundersFriend, my mission is to assist founders in building effective teams, drawing on the lessons learned from both successes and setbacks. My diverse experiences have cultivated a mindset, skillset, and confidence to guide founders through the intricacies of startup operations.
